Return & Refund Policy
At Topline Pesticides & Agriculture LLC, we are committed to supplying genuine, high-quality agricultural and pest control products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- All labels, safety seals, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:
- Opened or used pesticides
- Opened fertilizers
- Opened seed packets
- Herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and plant growth regulators
- Biological or organic agricultural products with broken seals
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Special order or bulk order products
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
- Missing products
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only when:
- The product is unopened and unused.
- The item is in its original condition.
- Stock is available.
- The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we will arrange collection at no cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
